Movie Review: The Ten Commandments

No, I didn't review the old Heston version. This is a review of an animated version that came out on October 19th. Who needs Charlton Heston when you have Christian Slater? Read my review on The Advocate's website:

Are you kidding? You've got to be kidding, right? Tell me this was a joke! I mean, what with all the worthy movies you could be reviewing, you choose to write about a crappy straight-to-video rehash of the greatest story ever told. Couldn't you have reviewed something else? What did you think of 30 Days of Night or Gone Baby Gone, or Rendition, or In the Valley of Elah? There are so many movies that I (for one) would actually care to know what you think of, and THIS is what you give us? Clearly, you hate your readers. You despise us and you laugh at the notion that you have wasted our time. Where does this misplaced sense of satisfaction come from? I think I should make something clear to you, you do not get back the 88 minutes you lost watching that movie from your readers. Sure, you took my 5 minutes reading your crappy article, but now what are you going to do with them? Nothing! That's what! Time does not work that way. You cannot take time away from me and save it up for your own use. Although that could be a cool superpower. Hmmm. Call me!
